Dining at Mt Mulligan Lodge is a celebration of the outback and our region, guided by seasonality and provenance. Menus showcase quintessentially Australian ingredients such as Bushy Creek beef, locally caught barramundi, and native flavors including lemon myrtle and native bush mint. Thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, each dish reflects the landscape that surrounds us, offering guests a genuine connection to this remarkable part of the world.
It all starts in our own backyard with the best locally sourced produce and sustainability front and center. Each day our chefs curate a menu that blends modern Australian and international cuisine showcasing the best locally sourced, seasonal produce.
BREAKFAST
Wake up to breakfast served at your leisure from 8am in the Main Pavilion. Fuel up for the day’s adventures with a quintessential à la carte menu paired with coffee, tea, and fresh juices, showcasing fresh seasonal produce from our outback garden to your plate.
LUNCH
Taste the world with our changing tapas menu inspired by the flavors from around the world. Eat your way from Paris to Tokyo with an ever-changing menu, tailored to suit your individual food preferences and served at 1pm daily. If you’d rather do some exploring, you can request a picnic hamper to take with you as you explore the rugged terrain of Ngarrabullgan (Mount Mulligan).
