We accept dogs in your room for £100 per dog per night – kennelling is also available on the estate.

Archery

Learn the basics of target archery in all its practice and forms. Using recurve bows your instructor will teach, inform and develop your skill in this ancient sport. More accomplished archers can test their abilities under the eye of their instructor, who will enhance their mastery of this challenging target sport.

Ballroom

Located right at the heart of the hotel, the grand Ballroom is a masterpiece of Edwardian design. With a stage, balcony and sprung dance floor it can accommodate parties of up to 300 for a cocktail party.

Bar

Reminiscent of the iconic bars of the 1920s and 30s, and personifying effortless elegance and glamour, The American Bar is a truly special space for intimate drinks. Complemented by an exquisite caviar selection, the drinks list showcases an exceptional collection of cocktails inspired by the roaring 20s era; and an impressive range of Champagnes by the glass, bottle and magnum.

Bar & Coffee Shop

Located in the main hotel, near reception, The Century Bar's menu features more than 120 single malts, vintage champagne by the glass, cocktails, carefully selected wines and the very best international beers. By day, it's a great place to meet family and friends for morning coffee, a light snack or informal lunch. In the evening, this atmospheric space is the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and sample some of Scotland's greatest whiskies.

Beauty Salon

Located just a stone's throw from the hotel, our former gate lodge has been transformed into a stunning beauty destination. The various beauty rooms – including a nail bar, pedicure room, hairstyling room and treatment rooms. A stylish relaxation area, with its roaring fire and deep velvet sofas, is reminiscent of a cosy drawing room and is the perfect place for friends to unwind and chat between treatments, while the luxurious dressing room, with its velvet chaise lounges and vintage drinks trolleys, adds glamour and fun to the ritual of trying on outfits and perfecting a look before dinner.

Bicycle Rentals

Our beautiful Pashley bikes are dotted around the estate for you use with our compliments. Explore the Gleneagles estate on one of our fleet of Condor bicycles. Road bikes are available to hire for over-18s to navigate the roads and lanes around the hotel for a half or whole day. To explore off-road, mountain bikes and junior bikes are available for whole or half-day hire, so you can take off with all the family. The scenery is magnificent and don't worry about losing your way: each bike is fitted with a Garmin navigation device programmed with 10 circular routes varying from 12-60 miles.

Children's Activity Center

Your children will be amazed by the vast array of activities on offer throughout the Gleneagles estate. From mountain biking, Argocat driving, falconry and tennis to our fabulous gundog school, there's a huge choice of games, sports and outdoor pursuits to keep them engaged and enthralled.The Playroom and The Zone offer a vibrant and fun space for children of all ages - 2 years to 16 years. 0 - 2 year olds are also more than welcome to enjoy the Playroom facilities, however must be fully accompanied by a parent or sitter.

Children's Play Area

Little Glen, a colourful, vibrant and fully supervised crèche for 2 – 9 year olds, is a safe, fun and stimulating play environment for happy tots, adventurous spirits and curious minds. The Den, an unsupervised facility filled with all manner of stimulating and interactive play resources, has been specially designed as a hangout and recreation space for older children and young teenagers, aged 6 – 15.

Driving Range

There can be few better places to learn and improve your golf than at The PGA National Golf Academy at Gleneagles. The Academy has a 320 yard double-ended driving range for golfers to help focus on the long game, there are undercover pitching bays, a short game pitching area, three short game practice greens with five varied bunkers and two putting greens. The golf practice opportunities are endless.

Fishing

Gleneagles' trout lochs provide the finest fishing experience – for the expert seeking to extend their range or for a wonderful introduction to the sport. Our ghillies provide a fisherman's knowledge of the water, and some wry local humour, as well as advice on the best tackle, flies and strategies for a truly unforgettable experience.

Fitness Center

Gleneagles is proud of its Health Club, with complimentary use for all guests. With two indoor pools (and one adult-only), one heated pool, a bubble pool and thermal suite. There is also a well-equipped gym. Take advantage of our fitness classes, personal trainers and a fitness assessment facility to leave Gleneagles in better shape than when you arrived.

Golf

A winning blend of natural beauty and golfing adventure, the three championship golf courses at Gleneagles are regarded among the very best golf courses in the world. The inspiration of two of the greatest names in the game, five times Open winner James Braid and the Golden Bear himself Jack Nicklaus. All three courses offer tantalising challenges for all levels of player, the PGA Centenary Course (designed by Nicklaus) was venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup, where the cream of European and American golf battled it out on Scottish soil for the first time in more than 40 years.

Horse Stables

The Gleneagles Equestrian School at Gleneagles is the perfect setting to improve your equestrian skills under expert tutelage. The School offers a wide range of specialist lessons for novice and skilled riders, all of which can be tailor-made to suit your requirements.

Horseback Riding

The Gleneagles Riding School also offers trail rides, carriage driving polo lessons and own a pony experiences.

Meeting & Conference Facilities

With 8 luxurious and versatile event spaces overlooking some of the finest landscape in Britain, Gleneagles brings an unrivalled sense of occasion, opulence and panache to any function. The historic estate played host to the G8 summit of world leaders in 2005, and can cater for everything from an intimate strategy meeting to a 2,250-delegate conference.

Off Road Driving

Gleneagles has two off-road courses close to the hotel. Designed by some of Britain's leading off-road specialists, they incorporate natural and purpose-built obstacles including water splashes, ditches, escalating ridges, gullies and steep gradients.

Pitch 'n Putt

Putting greens can be found on the lawns adjacent to the hotel - complimentary for our hotel guests. There is also a 9-hole pitch and putt course located within the estate's grounds, close to the hotel. Clubs are available from the concierge, with a score card for those with a competitive streak.

Restaurant

Gleneagles Hotel hosts 4 stunning restaurants; the Strathearn, Andrew Fairlie, Birnam Brasserie and the Dormy Clubhouse.

Shooting Centre

Enjoy clay shooting, air rifle shooting and archery at the Gleneagles Shooting School.

Tennis

With 9 indoor and outdoor tennis courts and professional coaches at hand, tennis can be enjoyed in all weathers at the Gleneagles Hotel.
