Now shining once again, Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée has entered an exciting new chapter in its story. Having reopened in June 2026 as part of Hyatt’s luxury portfolio within The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, this iconic Niçoise landmark reveals a beautifully renewed design.

Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée offers 173 rooms and suites that blend Art Deco elegance with contemporary comfort. Designed by Linda Boronkay, most feature a private terrace with views of the city, mountains, or sea—including 91 rooms facing the city or mountains and 82 with sea or partial sea views—bathed in a bright and relaxing atmosphere. Several of the 28 suites offer terraces overlooking the Baie des Anges. Signature suites include the Panoramic Suite, the Penthouse Suite, and two Prestige Suites.

Located on the panoramic terrace, the restaurant "Zouzou" and bar celebrate the glamorous atmosphere of the Riviera’s golden age. Inspired by the heritage of Palais de la Méditerranée, the restaurant combines gastronomy, music, and a festive ambiance in the spirit of the 1930s. French cuisine with Mediterranean influences is served in a warm and convivial atmosphere. At the bar, a curated selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits accompanies the evening. A 24-hour room service menu is also available, offering a range of hot and cold dishes, snacks, and beverages.

Designed by Exclusive Fit, the fitness center features state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment in a calm, light-filled setting. Guests can relax in the heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, open year-round, or enjoy the sauna and steam room for a moment of serenity after a workout or a day exploring Nice.

Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée has 1,700 m² of versatile event space, including seven modular meeting rooms, six of which benefit from natural light. A reception room, the largest in Nice, can accommodate up to 936 guests in flexible configurations. The Premium Suites can also be transformed into intimate meeting spaces offering breathtaking views of the Baie des Anges.
