With a surface area of 55 square meters, Deluxe rooms all have a large terrace overlooking the hotel’s gardens or the magnificent swimming pool. Wood, leather, stucco and Zelliges illuminate the room and highlight our exceptional furniture. The choice of materials and fabrics, as well as the warm color schemes, give the room a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. Offering stunning views over the countryside and a sense of seductive tranquility. Meticulously equipped for comfort, they feature large bathrooms in marble with black and white Zellige mosaic tiles, a separate shower, dressing area.

Deluxe Premier Room

Overlooking the central pool or lush gardens, the Deluxe Premier Rooms embody refined Oriental elegance. Designed under Jacques Garcia’s discerning eye, these 55-square-meters spaces blend carved wood, studded leather, sculpted plaster, and glazed zellige tiles, creating a warm and intimate retreat framed by the Atlas Mountains.

Junior Suite

Located on the ground floor, the Junior Suites span 70 square meters and evoke the serenity of Oriental palaces. Bathed in natural light, they reveal refined Moroccan craftsmanship, studded leather, carved wood, and chiseled copper, enhanced by subtle contemporary accents. Opening onto the pool and gardens, each suite features an elegant living area designed for absolute relaxation.

Junior Suite Premier

Located on the first floor and overlooking the gardens and pool, our 70-square-meter Junior Suites Premier offer a spacious and soothing retreat, radiating Moorish elegance. These suites enchant with a distinctly Moroccan atmosphere, bathed in natural light and serenity. Refined details such as studded leather, carved wood, and chiseled copper evoke the grandeur of Oriental palaces.

Covering an area of 120 square meters, they are ideally situated in the main building and open onto a large outdoor lounge from which one can completely unwind while taking in the marvelous views. One Bedroom Villa

Our spacious private villas are peaceful and romantic, set away from the hotel; they play up the sense of Oriental sensuality as masterfully executed by decorator, Jacques Garcia. Each entrance leads to a central fountain and patio which opens onto a living room enclosed by embroidered curtains. Hung with fabrics, the lounge is a voluptuously hedonistic setting. Ranging in size from 580 to 700 square meters, each have a private garden and a 15m pool bordered by bougainvillea. Intimate and luxurious, they invite travelers to indulge and are wonderfully symbolic of the Moroccan art of living. Assyl

Assyl restaurant is a marvel for the eyes, as Jacques Garcia managed to recreate the atmosphere of a traditional Ottoman palace. Embroideries, gold leaf illuminations, carved wood, moucharabia: all of these elements of decoration were designed by the best Moroccan craftsmen. The fabrics and carpets are in perfect harmony with the owner’s private collection of Ottoman pieces. As Assyl means “of noble origin” and “authentic”, each dish on the menu is enhanced by our chefs and takes every guest on a culinary journey revealing authenticity and richness of the Moroccan cuisine.

La Terrasse by Jean-François Piège

La Terrasse by Jean-François Piège is a refined restaurant at Selman Marrakech born from the collaboration with multi-Michelin-starred Chef Jean-François Piège, bringing his culinary expertise to the hotel’s distinguished dining landscape.

Situated within lush gardens and designed by Jacques Garcia, La Terrasse presents a Mediterranean-inspired menu that highlights seasonal, locally influenced ingredients through the chef’s thoughtful technique and vision. Signature creations include skewered Mediterranean bluefin tuna, dill-marinated gravlax sea bream, wild squid carbonara and lightly spiced lobster rigatoni.

The setting adapts from sun-lit lunches and elegant tea-times to intimate dinners under the Marrakech sky, reflecting a nuanced balance of gastronomy and atmosphere within the Selman Marrakech experience.

Le Pavillon

SABO showcases the French culinary savoir-faire of Michelin-starred Chef Jean‑François Piège, paired with exceptional Moroccan ingredients. The menu reflects the chef’s bold vision and dedication to precision and flavor.

Nestled beneath an open-roof patio that reveals the starry sky, the restaurant extends into the palace’s library-bar for a more intimate experience. Every detail, from Ginori porcelain to specially sourced antique silverware, has been thoughtfully considered, creating a refined and memorable setting.

Selman Bar

Perfectly designed, guests are immersed into a glamourous yet eclectic atmosphere. Meticulosly designed as intimate baroque lounge, an invitation to a journey for the senses. Our resident DJ creates an electro- lounge mood that perfectly fits to the elegant spirit of Selman. A range of finger foods served along with finely crafted cocktails and spirits with a choice of the best cigars. The bar is open every day.

The Pool Bar

Ovelooking the majestic turquoise pool of 80m long, the Pool restaurant is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy lunch outdoor, in a relaxing yet elegant atmosphere. Guests enjoy a  light and refreshing Mediterranean-inspired menu curated by chef Jean-François Piège, a perfect venue for relaxed moments by the water.
